Our company has a mobile service team with extensive experience and all the necessary permits required to perform maintenance work on your water treatment equipment. The service team will carry out technical maintenance or repair of your water treatment equipment in the shortest possible time, whether it is equipment for a boiler house, technology, city, or a private home.

Following the service and maintenance work, a new operational card for the equipment will be developed, and a technical report will be issued. This report includes recommendations for operation and maintenance considering your specific requirements, the principle of equipment operation, sampling frequency, and methods for monitoring the quality of purified water, among other things

During a site visit, our specialists will perform the following tasks:

• Conduct commissioning (operational adjustment) work of any complexity;
• Conduct boiler water-chemical regime;
• Propose and set up oxygen removal in the deaerator;
• Set up optimal dosing of chemical reagents;
• Analyze water at the inlet and outlet of any installations to determine their efficiency;
• Inspect all control valves for damage/leaks and replace worn parts if necessary;
• Calculate the optimal washing (regeneration) duration to reduce wastewater;
• Calculate the optimal water level in the salt solution tank of softening units to reduce salt consumption;
• Inspect the inside of the filtering tank, check the integrity of the distribution system, and replenish the filtering material if necessary;
• Perform washing and replacement of membrane elements in reverse osmosis units;
• Determine the actual conductivity of reverse osmosis permeate and, if possible, calibrate temperature and conductivity sensors;
• Check the operation of solenoid valves, pressure sensors, flow relays, automatic air vents, etc.;
• Calculate and adjust the air volume necessary for the operation of iron removal filters;
• Automate the process;
• Replace filter elements in mechanical filters;
• Train operators and lab technicians to work with the installations and monitor water quality;
• Provide recommendations;

During maintenance or repair work, our specialists will diagnose and help you resolve any potential issues. They will offer not only solutions to the problem but also all necessary spare parts. Additionally, they will provide recommendations to prevent similar issues in the future.
