Applications
Containerized water treatment plants are used in the following situations:
During repair or replacement of the main equipment of a water treatment plant. Major overhaul or modernization of water intake facilities / water treatment stations.
In case of failures of water supply infrastructure or treatment plants. A fast temporary solution to restore drinking water supply to residents.
Temporary water supply for new residential developments. During construction of water networks and permanent treatment plants.
Construction sites and large infrastructure projects. Supply of drinking and technical water for workers and facilities.
Industrial plants. Temporary water treatment during production expansion or system maintenance.
Emergency situations. Floods, contamination of water sources, natural disasters.
Seasonal increase in water demand. Tourist areas, resorts, and locations with significantly higher summer consumption.
Remote and hard-to-access areas. Temporary or long-term solution where building a permanent plant is difficult.
Advantages of Renting a Containerized Water Treatment Plant
- Fast installation and connection to existing infrastructure;
- Full control over the water treatment process during system downtime;
- Minimization of disruptions for residents, employees, or production;
- Flexible rental period – from a few weeks to several years;
- Option to purchase the station after the rental period;
Technological Capabilities
The systems enable removal of:
- iron;
- manganese;
- color;
- turbidity;
- unpleasant odors;
- ammonium ions (ammonia);
To verify performance, we conduct pilot testing directly at the customer’s site, simulating the target technological setup. We offer rental of containerized water treatment plants with capacity up to 50 m³/h.
The system is built inside a 40-foot shipping container, ensuring easy transport and quick deployment.
Equipment of the Containerized Plant
The system includes:
- mechanical filtration;
- flow metering units;
- pressure filters;
- aeration system (compressor-based or ejector-based – ejector systems require site-specific analysis);
- backwash pumps;
- backwash water tank;
- second-stage pumping station;
- UV disinfection;
- sodium hypochlorite dosing system for disinfection of networks, tanks, and filters;
- automation system with data transmission;
Control and monitoring are available via application and can be integrated with industrial automation systems (SCADA / ASUTP).. The container is also equipped with:
- thermal insulation;
- lighting;
- heating;
- air dehumidification system;
Scope of Service
The service includes:
- delivery of the plant to the installation site;
- connection to the customer's infrastructure;
- preparation for commissioning;
- technological start-up;
- personnel training;
In emergency cases, we provide service intervention within 24–48 hours.
